Freedive instructor for 5 years, moved from Moscow Russia to Eilat desert 9 years ago.

I like to share my life tools like yoga, pranayama, freediving, standing on sadhu nail boars, life in the desert, and all kinds of sound/breath/cold/hot therapies with people.
Discovering abilities through freediving I found that my life brings more sense about the depth of humans in general.
